Police seek help finding missing 15-year-old girl

Police are seeking the public’s help in finding a “vulnerable” 15-year-old girl who went missing almost two weeks ago from Anoka County and might be in Minneapolis.

According to the Anoka County Sheriff’s office, Kaylee Promise Moeller. Kaylee was last seen Feb. 11 at a residence in East Bethel. “It is believed Kaylee left the residence on her own accord and is possibly in the North Minneapolis area,” a statement from the sheriff’s office reads. “Kaylee is considered vulnerable.”

Kaylee is African-American, 5-feet-6 and 140 pounds.
